Jackie Portsmouth, president

Dave Underdahl, chief financial officer, acts as the CFO for three small companies: SANTOS in oil and gas services, one in power generation and one in construction. He has 20-plus years’ operational and financial experience with established multinationals as well as small startups. He is well versed in using accounting software packages, producing financial statements, filing corporate tax returns and budgeting. Dave keeps current with electronic developments in accounting, and with GAAP requirements for both Canada and the USA.
